Description - Your Role

• Conduct a spectrum of clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to validated protocols.
• Ensure accuracy in results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, educate new team members or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean, safe workplace by adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
