Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer, a helper, and a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. You address the whole patient and see them as an individual. You design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You are adaptable to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of the work and settings. As a teammate, you collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional care as needed. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy. Salary Posted salary range: USD $40.00 - $53.00 per hour.
