Title Officer
We are seeking a Title Officer for a national title insurance company based in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will deliver top-tier customer service while managing the preparation and scheduling of real estate closings. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will act as a vital liaison among lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents to ensure efficient, seamless property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review title commitments thoroughly and prepare complete, accurate closing document packages.
- Coordinate closing schedules by communicating promptly with lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing scheduling calls, adhering strictly to rapid response times and turnaround windows.
- Assign and schedule closers, confirming accurate dates, times, and designated signing locations.
- Maintain organized, digital closing files and track transaction progress with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in title processing, escrow coordination, or real estate closings.
- Proven ability to review title commitments and prepare closing packages accurately.
- Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly master digital closing platforms and document management software.
- Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency in high-volume settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a collaborative, positive attitude.
