Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator Location: Tampa, FLWhat's the Job?
- Process a high volume of invoices (100-120 per day) accurately and efficiently
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to vendor and procurement issues
- Review purchase orders and resolve discrepancies to facilitate timely payments
- Reconcile monthly statements and transactions to ensure accuracy
- Assist with audit preparations and support process improvement initiatives
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or Advanced skills)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
