Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Tech to join an expanding team passionate about delivering exemplary care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during procedures, thoughtfully explaining each step along the way
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records in the electronic medical system
• Remain current on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
