Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Psych Licenses: RN-AK SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire and every three years

Preferred Qualifications

1 year's acute care experience preferred. 6 months' addiction services experience preferred.
