Behavioral Health Outreach Case Manager

Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. This position is on‑site and requires outreach in Essex & Union County. We are currently seeking a Full Time Case Manager for our ICMS - Union program located in Cranford, NJ (M-F 9AM-5PM). Responsibilities Provide linkage and referral services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in the community. Complete biopsychosocial assessments for new client admissions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health discipline. 1–2 years of related experience and a valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in a behavioral health setting. Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Portuguese, or English/Creole (preferred but not required).
