What You’ll Do: Install commercial overhead doors, dock equipment, hollow metal doors, and related systems Read and work from job specifications and site conditions Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and equipment Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors on job sites Work both independently and with a team to complete projects efficiently What We’re Looking For: Experience in commercial construction, door installation, carpentry, mechanical installation, welding, or related trades preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials Dependable, motivated, and safety‑focused Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to travel to regional job sites as needed Why Wayne Door?
