HR Coordinator

Hr ProfessionalFriday Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to support both recruiting and general HR functions for our client in Hendersonville, NC. This role will support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.Pay Rate: $23.00/hr + DOE• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, resume review, interviewing, and scheduling with hiring managers• Coordinate hiring process including offer steps, hiring kits, and onboarding documentation• Track and follow up on all pre-employment paperwork to ensure timely starts• Facilitate Day 1 handoff and onboarding coordination with HR team• Support HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle• Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits presentations• Assist with FMLA, workers' compensation, and employee relations matters• Maintain HRIS system and ensure accurate employee records and reporting• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Experience in recruiting and HR support functions preferred• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentDirect hire#INDC
