Commercial Litigation Attorney - Counsel or Junior Partner

Overview Counsel or Junior Partner – Commercial Litigation (Tysons Corner or Bethesda) Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney at the Counsel or Junior Partner level to join our Tysons Corner, VA or Bethesda, MD office. This is a lead-litigator role designed for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility and autonomy. The attorney will take over and run commercial litigation matters delegated by senior partners, serve as day-to-day lead counsel on cases, and supervise junior attorneys as needed. Senior partners will remain available for high-level strategy, but this role requires someone comfortable fully owning files. The ideal candidate has approximately 10–20+ years of experience, can independently manage matters from inception through resolution, and is confident taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and handling trial work a few times per year.
