Head of Demand Generation

Role Description

Here's the opportunity: inbound leads close at the highest rate by a wide margin—and we're generating very few of them. Right now, the majority of our pipeline comes from outbound channels. We need this person to change that ratio.

This is an exciting time to come into this role because we're not starting from zero: We have compelling customer stories, a strong events program, product launches shipping constantly, a sales team that's closing huge logos, and ops support. What we don't have is someone whose job is to turn all of that into demand—to make sure the right people find us, know who we are, and show up ready to buy.

You'll own top-of-funnel demand creation:

• Running campaigns that generate net new leads.
• Getting more eyes on what we're already building.
• Working closely with sales and ops to connect your work to actual pipeline.

Your north star is inbound pipeline growth.

• Integrated campaigns: Plan and run campaigns that connect our product launches, customer stories, and events into demand that reaches the right people.
• Content distribution: Build programs that keep cold prospects warm with educational, value-driven sequences.
• ABM: Build and run account-based programs against a defined target list.
• Paid amplification: Own paid channels (primarily LinkedIn) to amplify campaigns and drive registrations.
• Channel experimentation: Identify high-leverage opportunities and run experiments to find what works.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B demand gen or campaigns experience.
• Experience building demand gen or inbound from near-zero at a startup.
• Worked directly alongside a sales team in a complex, enterprise B2B environment.
• Commercially minded: focus on pipeline, not just impressions or clicks.
• Use AI actively in your workflow to move faster.
• Experimental mindset backed with data: run tests, track results, and make decisions from what you learn.
• Experience running integrated campaigns end-to-end across email, paid, content, and events.
• Strong execution skills alongside strategic thinking.
• Ability to create content yourself when needed.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to figure things out without a playbook.

Requirements

• Experience at a creative, design, or video tool company (bonus).
• Experience running ABM programs targeting enterprise marketing or creative teams (bonus).
• Experience building a hybrid sales + PLG engine from the ground up (bonus).
• Experience running event-driven demand gen (bonus).
