Recruiter

A growing organization is conducting a confidential search for a Recruiter to lead and execute recruitment strategies across a diverse portfolio of positions. This role will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, identify and engage high-quality talent, and drive the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer and hire. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a consultative approach to recruiting. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, this individual will be responsible for developing long-term talent pipelines by building and maintaining relationships h universities, colleges, career centers, student organizations, and other academic partners. This role will help strengthen the organization’s presence on college campuses, create early-career talent pipelines, and support recruiting initiatives that attract emerging talent. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening talent pipelines, expanding sourcing strategies, improving recruiting processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of corporate and operational roles, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, networking, referrals, and other talent acquisition resources. Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand staffing needs, establish recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and effectively manage expectations throughout the search. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization’s needs. Provide hiring managers with guidance on interview practices, candidate evaluation, selection, and recruiting best practices. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a professional, engaging candidate experience. Manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and time-to-fill. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, with an emphasis on proactive and strategic recruiting. Leverage recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records, monitor recruiting activity, and ensure an efficient hiring process. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and hiring activity, using data to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experience. Stay informed of employment regulations, recruiting trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliant and effective talent acquisition practices.
