About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the renewal of its HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, including service delivery, HRIS and data management, process design, and the overall operational infrastructure. The CHRO will also be instrumental in producing people analytics, managing employee relations, and partnering on Title IX and student employment matters. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, particularly in a higher education setting. The role requires a candidate with a strong operational and service delivery background, at least 6 years of supervisory experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead HR operations and implement structural or process changes.
