About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer to provide centralized management for all clinical enterprise revenue cycle functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, managing, and implementing programs to ensure efficient revenue management operations and sufficient cash flow to support the company's operations and strategic initiatives. This executive will also be tasked with identifying, analyzing, reducing, and resolving revenue management issues associated with hospital and professional accounts receivable. Key responsibilities include managing all hospital and professional revenue cycle functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and organizational efficiency, providing strategic direction, and communicating departmental performance to senior management. Candidates for the Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of healthcare experience, with at least 10 years' in a leadership role. The role requires a leader who can manage utilization management, ensure compliance, and integrate revenue cycle functions with various departments.
