Community Liaison

We are seeking a Community Liaison to help drive brand awareness and increase market share for our on-campus Inpatient Program, Outpatient Program and Residential Treatment Program. This is an exempt position, with travel required. What We Do: Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. What You'll Do: Our Community Liaison make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and long-term wellness. This individual will be responsible for: Assist the Chief Executive Officer in fulfilling the goals and objectives of the hospital marketing plan. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources in the greater Los Angeles region including physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, and social service organizations. Plan Programs and events that build relationships between the hospital and potential clients. Assists in the designing of hospital brochures and related materials. Create social media content and drive digital engagement. Maintain a consistent flow of referrals to the outpatient program and effectively coordinates with the Business Office to verify the insurance of patients. Other related duties.
