Als Account Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in de regio Limburg en Nederland. Je combineert commerciële slagkracht met strategisch inzicht en krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheden om impact te maken. Spreekt een zelfstandige rol met groeipotentieel jou aan? Dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van de klantenbasis, met een sterke focus op lange termijnrelaties en marktexpansie. Verantwoordelijkheden Je onderhoudt en versterkt relaties met bestaande klanten en biedt hen duurzame ondersteuning. Je identificeert, prospecteert en benadert nieuwe klanten in Limburg en Nederland (met mogelijke uitbreiding naar Duitsland). Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van commerciële strategieën en vertaalt deze naar concrete actieplannen. Je analyseert markttrends, concurrentie en klantbehoeften en speelt hier doelgericht op in. Je zet opportuniteiten om in resultaten en draagt bij aan het behalen van de verkoopdoelstellingen. Functie-eisen Je bent een gedreven salesprofessional met een sterke commerciële mindset en relevante ervaring in de sector. Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een salesfunctie. Je hebt een grondige kennis van de markt van verpakkingen. Je bent een sterke communicator en overtuigt met jouw commerciële vaardigheden. Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een proactieve, doelgerichte aanpak. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
