Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with the Department of Correction to facilitate access to services, ensure appropriate housing arrangements, and manage treatment dispositions for clients.

• Coordinate patient care with various institutional programs, leading group therapy sessions on mental health observation units and other assigned areas.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and follow-up assessments to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in patient rounds and case conferences to contribute to treatment planning, enhancing the integration of mental health considerations in patient care.

• Engage in weekly clinical supervision sessions with the Clinical Supervisor, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Document all required case notes and statistical reports accurately, maintaining compliance with organizational requirements.

• Oversee social work interns and student volunteers, should the opportunity arise, fostering the development of future mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
