Role Description The Clinic Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a treatment clinic. This role manages clinical and administrative staff, ensures adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, and maintains high-quality patient care across all services. The Clinic Director develops and implements policies and procedures, monitors clinical outcomes, and coordinates multidisciplinary care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff performance, managing budgets and resources, overseeing scheduling and workflow, and fostering a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. The role also involves building relationships with community partners, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning for clinic growth and service enhancement. Qualifications Clinical expertise in Medicine or related disciplines, with familiarity in addiction treatment and behavioral health care. Experience in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, or allied health services, with ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting. Knowledge of Orthopedics or broader Healthcare systems, including care coordination and regulatory requirements. Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. Relevant professional licensure (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional) and eligibility to practice in California. Strong skills in communication, team supervision, conflict resolution, and relationship building with staff, patients, and community partners. Proficiency in managing budgets, operational metrics, and quality improvement initiatives. Commitment to person-centered, culturally responsive, and non-discriminatory care. Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required; advanced degree SUD, MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) or OTP experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
