Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized and observational assessment methods.

Create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both immediate and long-term communication and swallowing goals.

Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy interventions addressing communication, language fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to establish cohesive care plans.

Provide education to patients and their families to enhance progress beyond clinical interactions.

Engage in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations, playing a critical role in ensuring continuity of care throughout each patient's therapeutic journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Commit to continuous professional development by staying current with advancements in the field through education and peer networking.

Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for diverse age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal skills capable of fostering relationships with patients, families, and a collaborative care team.

Ability to adjust therapy approaches to align with various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Demonstrated clinical judgement alongside adept problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic records management and documentation best practices.
