Senior Associate – Consumer Practice (Chicago) Supporting multi‑channel campaigns, the Senior Associate will bring in‑culture ideas to iconic consumer brands. The role requires a passion for food, CPG and lifestyle, and an eye for culture and media trends. Responsibilities Critical thinking and creative problem solving to connect the dots others miss. Earned‑first storytelling: identify what makes a story pop and develop impactful concepts. Craft headlines, pitches and client communications that capture attention. Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to create work that excites stakeholders. Apply basic tech skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and bonus media database and social tracking experience. Maintain attention to detail in client emails, internal decks, narratives, and reports. Bring a unique spark: create smart, fun, impactful work that delivers results. Tap into pop culture to reach diverse audiences. Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in consumer, consumer‑tech, travel, fashion or CPG PR. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field. Experience in large‑scale and start‑up environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated contribution to earned‑media campaigns (thought leadership, product launches, creative campaigns). Salary Range

$59,000 – $65,000 USD

Account Director – Consumer (New York) Lead high‑profile, award‑winning integrated campaigns for beauty and CPG brands, driving earned media, cultural storytelling and social engagement. Responsibilities Lead multi‑channel campaigns focused on earned media and cultural storytelling. Collaborate across creative, paid media, influencer and experiential teams. Oversee campaign launches from planning to activation, managing talent partners, and producing media materials. Translate ideas into strategic decks and presentations. Build trusted relationships with senior clients and provide strategic points of view. Ensure programs are anchored in insights and measured against KPI. Manage internal teams and subject‑matter experts with clarity and organization. Mentor and foster growth within the team. Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in PR/communications within an agency setting. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management or related field. Strong passion for lifestyle and beauty brands and emerging cultural trends. Proven track record of successful earned‑media and social‑engagement campaigns. Expertise in navigating integrated agency teams and managing multiple workstreams. Strategic thinker with strong instincts for earned media and social buzz. Leadership skills, strong presentation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Financial analysis aptitude and experience working with senior clients. Salary Range

$100,000 – $130,000 USD
