Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, resources, and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and interventions that promote recovery and well-being.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational classes and support groups to empower clients and educate families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
