You’ll work directly with me, side by side, day in and day out. When something is the most important thing to get done, you own it, whether that’s growth, sales, hiring, or the thing nobody’s picked up yet. You won’t be handed a job description; you’ll be handed outcomes. We’re at a defining moment. We’re ramping sales harder than we ever have, and I need someone in the trenches with me for the ride. What you'll own Whatever is most important and least owned. It changes week to week. Sales and go-to-market execution: driving outreach, running down pipeline, prepping for deals, making sure nothing slips, turning our momentum into closed logos. Ops that keep us fast: the systems, follow‑ups, and coordination that let me spend my time in the rooms that matter. Hiring: sourcing, screening, and pulling great people over the line with us. Special projects: the messy, high‑stakes things that don’t belong to any team yet. You research it, form a view, make the call, and ship it. Automate your own role with Dataleap.
