We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in a Med/Surg Neuro unit at a reputable hospital in Rockford, Illinois. This is a night shift opportunity for nurses with strong clinical experience in mid to large hospital settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Neuro unit
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience (Neuro preferred)

• BLS certification (AHA)
