Human Resources Director

Our client is an established real estate development and property management firm seeking a hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead all people-related functions across a growing organization. This is a strategic and operational leadership role supporting corporate, property operations, and project-based teams.

What you'll be doing

• Lead HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management processes that drive accountability and business results.
• Oversee recruitment efforts across a wide range of positions, from field and property operations through to leadership-level hires.
• Ensure compliance with California employment law and HR best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership experience.
• Background within r eal estate development, property management, construction, engineering, or a related project-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience building scalable HR programs, processes, and systems in a growing organization.
• Proven success partnering with senior leadership while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations. xhyhwjd
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
