South Korean After-Sales Engineer
Techik Instrument (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Job Requirements:
- Male, aged 23–40; bachelor's degree or above.
- Candidates majoring in engineering fields such as Electrical Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronic Information, or Automatic Control will be given priority.
- Candidates with experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or on-site technical support will be given priority.
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips within South Korea, with strong on-site execution skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Positive and optimistic personality, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to independently resolve on-site issues.
- You may communicate with Chinese personnel in either English or Chinese. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support of the company's equipment at the client's site in South Korea.
- Provide customers with equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training.
- Responsible for post-sales equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, problem identification, and on-site technical support.
- Provide timely feedback on equipment operational issues based on the customer's on-site conditions, and assist the domestic technical team in completing the issue resolution process.
- Support the company's project delivery, customer service, and other after-sales support activities in the Korean market.
