We participate in different kinds of development projects consisting of commercial buildings, hotels, private residential estates and public housing projects etc. Established in 1970, the lift and escalator division was Chevalier's first business division and today it remains one of our core businesses.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for pre-contract and post-contract activities, including tender preparation, contract and specification review, attending tender interview, etcPrepare cost estimations and bidding packagesCoordinate with internal departments for providing the most competitive tendering solutionAssist in negotiation with clients for variation orders and provide relevant administrative supportAssist Sales Manager to expand sales strategically and achieve Company's targetWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
