Wayfair Creator Program Influencer Marketing Associate

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

Marketing Associates attract, grow, and retain Wayfair's customer base through innovative marketing strategies. As an Associate, you'll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantages for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience.

Wayfair is seeking a marketing associate who will help drive the engagement of Wayfair's creator program, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing and creative, but also cultivating strong external relationships. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing strategies. This role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Need:

• 0-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A strong interest in emerging technology and the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini) into daily tasks to drive efficiencies.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
