Sales Director

Sales DirectorWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our rapidly expanding trucking brokerage firm. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with proven success in sales, team development, and strategic business growth within the logistics and freight industry. This role requires weekly travel between Monsey and Williamsburg, NY to oversee both locations, collaborate with teams, and ensure a seamless sales strategy across the organization.You'll be responsible for securing new shipper clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact position with significant opportunity for advancement.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across both locationsIdentify and secure new shipper clients through cold calling, networking, and prospectingBuild and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retentionDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure exceptional service deliveryMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry pricing strategiesProvide regular performance updates and sales pipeline reports to senior leadershipRequirements:Proven success in sales leadership and team developmentStrong knowledge of FTL, LTL, and intermodal freight servicesExceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsHighly goal-oriented, consistent, and self-driven professionalAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environmentMust be based in or near Monsey with the ability to travel weekly to WilliamsburgCompensation:$120,000 annual base salary + performance-based incentivesPerformance bonuses and huge growth potentialLocation:Primarily Monsey, with weekly travel required to WilliamsburgType:Full-time, onsite leadership roleSalary:$120,000/year + incentivesTo apply, send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line: Sales Director – Job ID #3361395
