Strategic Projects Lead

Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, the full-time Strategic Projects Lead will manage client engagements, translate requirements into actionable plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of AI projects by understanding client needs and shaping the execution strategy Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with various internal teams to address delivery challenges and maintain alignment with client and organizational goals Required qualifications 3-6+ years of experience managing complex client projects, preferably in AI/ML or data services Solid understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into clear, executable plans Hands-on experience in project delivery and problem-solving Strong analytical skills with experience managing project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
