Position Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to support our NACA business across two key product areas: Medication Delivery and Blood Collection. This role will help lead product strategy, roadmap planning, product launches, market analysis, and cross‑functional execution for high-volume disposable medical device portfolios. The Product Manager will serve as a key connection point between customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, QARA, and global business partners. This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring strong commercial judgment, product ownership, communication skills, and the ability to balance market needs, customer feedback, operational realities, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio management for Medication Delivery and Blood Collection products within the NACA region. Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying customer needs, product gaps, market opportunities, and potential product improvements. Monitor competitive activity, product developments, pricing trends, and market dynamics; share insights with regional marketing and sales teams. Develop and support launch plans for new products, ensuring alignment with company launch processes and consideration of positioning, pricing, distribution, training, and customer adoption. Partner closely with downstream marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market execution. Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and other internal teams to address product‑related questions, documentation needs, compliance requirements, and customer or agency inquiries. Support forecasting and demand planning to help maintain healthy inventory levels, reduce overstock risk, and support strong service levels. Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and QARA to drive product initiatives forward. Build strong internal and external relationships, including with sales teams, customers, suppliers, and third‑party partners. Support business cases, portfolio reviews, product performance analysis, and recommendations for product lifecycle decisions. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related commercial role within medical devices, healthcare products, or another regulated product environment. Experience with high‑volume disposable medical devices or products with technical, clinical, commercial, and operational complexity. Experience supporting upstream and downstream product management activities, including portfolio planning, pricing considerations, launch planning, and product lifecycle management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product categories, product launches, or portfolio initiatives. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Degree in science, engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field. Experience with blood collection, medication delivery, syringes, needles, or other injectable/disposable medical device categories. Experience working with international or multi‑regional markets. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with product, sales, pricing, and forecast data. Experience supporting market access, distributor relationships, or third‑party sources of supply. What Success Looks Like A successful Product Manager in this role will be able to understand customer needs, translate market insights into product strategy, support successful launches, and partner effectively across functions to drive business results. This person will be commercially minded, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global medical device environment. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually , based on experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role. This position may also be eligible for company‑sponsored benefits and other programs, in accordance with applicable plan documents and company policies.
