You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations, and provide superior customer service. Expected Schedule Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Estimated hourly rate $25.00 - $26.45 per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. What your day‑to‑day will look like Greet all tenants, guests and third‑party vendors. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues. Support the property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, bid comparisons, contract administration, and maintenance of property records and databases. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices and complete other financial tasks. Assist with vendor coordination and work‑order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities. Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients. Support lease administration activities including tenant move‑in processes, document filing, and communication coordination. Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance the tenant experience. Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed. Perform any other tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or to ensure property operations. On‑site presence required Yes Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field. 1‑2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management. 1‑2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer‑facing position. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude with an eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
