Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $1.00/hour (plus experience-based adjustments)

What You'll Do

• Perform mobile ultrasound exams at various facilities, including nursing homes, home care sites, prisons, and processing centers.
• Unload portable sonographic equipment and ensure clinically diagnostic, technically competent images.
• Digitally send ultrasound images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Verify patient identity with two identifiers before each exam.
• Check exam orders for accuracy, ensuring medical documentation matches physician's requisitions.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, colleagues, and clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and workplace policies.
• Participate in training and support team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, including attending annual TB screenings and infection control in-services.

What You Need

• Required:
  • ARDMS certification
  • Valid Georgia state licensure
  • 1+ year ultrasound experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate smartphones and basic computer functions
• Preferred:
  • Experience in mobile or field ultrasound services
  • Knowledge of regional geography and travel routes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
