Learning FacilitatorAs the Learning Facilitator, you'll deliver learning experiences that help team members apply knowledge and improve on-the-job performance. This role emphasizes facilitation for learning transfer—using discussions, scenarios, peer learning, and hands-on practice to connect e-learning (web-based training) to real work.About the RoleFacilitate interactive learning experiences using discussion, simulation, role-play, and peer learningReinforce e-learning with practice activities that drive application and retentionUse structured checks for understanding, debrief techniques, and engagement accountabilityMaintain deep, current expertise in a Home Base Specialty (workflows, tools, edge cases, pain points) and baseline knowledge across the full homeownership lifecycle and how functions connectBuild and maintain relationships with frontline leaders and team members to ensure facilitation reflects current-state realityConduct consistent floor time, listening sessions, or workflow observation to stay aligned with actual workFacilitate foundational (1.0) topics in any business area and maintain readiness as priorities shiftProvide actionable insights to training partners based on learner performance signals and frontline realityParticipate in content reviews and working sessions to validate practice activities, scenarios, and job aidsCreate and update materials (one-pagers, quick references, practice prompts, minor deck edits) using approved templates and governanceGenerate practice prompts, scenario variations, knowledge checks, and facilitation plans, using AI responsiblyBring forward ideas that improve learner experience, practice effectiveness, and facilitation efficiencyAbout YouMinimum QualificationsDemonstrated ability to engage learners and manage group interactionAbility to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners with varying needsAbility to prioritize and deliver high-quality work within deadlinesAbility to receive and apply coaching/feedback and continuously improveComfort adopting new tools and technology (including AI-enabled tools) following policy and data standardsWorking knowledge of internal platforms (LMS, collaboration tools, communication channels)Preferred QualificationsExperience in facilitation, training, teaching, coaching, or related fieldsFamiliarity with adult learning principles and practice-based learningExperience supporting frontline teams in operational or customer-facing environmentsWhat You'll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too! The compensation for this position is $26.45-$50.66.
