Job Description

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, overseeing a small team of 1-5 members, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management. This position involves assisting with training coordination and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees
  • Ensure high standards of customer service
  • Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
  • Support sales activities to meet targets
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Coordinate and assist with employee training
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality management
