Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary, executive-level point of contact for key customers. Own the long-term customer relationship, navigate complex account discussions, and lead on-site customer visits and audits. Team Leadership & People Management: Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Program Managers and two Associate PMs. Drive team performance, strategic alignment, and professional growth. Cross-Functional Execution: Lead and influence cross-functional site teams—including Quality, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to maintain project timelines, prioritize operational execution, and resolve bottlenecks. P&L & Business Growth: Oversee program P&L performance. Partner closely with Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities, upsell capabilities, and drive revenue growth within existing accounts. Executive Escalation & Escalation Management: Serve as the first line of leadership escalation for operational and commercial customer issues, using structured problem-solving to protect both customer trust and facility performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
