Senior Business Analyst

Business Analyst
Required qualifications include 13–22 years of relevant business analysis experience. Strong recent experience working within waterfall SDLC environments. Proven experience supporting platform implementations, application development programs, application migration initiatives, and enterprise modernization programs. Experience working within fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting engagements. Strong IT services & consulting background required. Excellent documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and facilitation abilities. CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
Key requirements:
- Strong recent waterfall methodology experience
- Fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting project experience required
- Experience supporting platform implementations, modernization, or migration initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements leadership skills
- IT services & consulting background required
