Senior Business Analyst-RTGS

Role: Senior Business Analyst-RTGS Location: New Jersey or New York (Day One Onsite) Look for local profiles or candidates from other locations who are ready to relocate from day one. Duration: Fulltime Job Description:
- MINIMUM 6 YRS BA EXPIRENCE IS MUST and from Banking background.
- Experience Level: 10+ years
- Deliver detailed business requirement/functional requirements/use cases/user stories/wireframes/ data mappings/training materials.
- Partner with key stakeholders to help shape and prioritize product roadmap
- Work with development teams to identify solutions and help build better products.
- Work closely with QA and development team to ensure implementation meets requirements and usability guidelines.
- Develop subject matter expertise in your area of responsibility.
- Provide SME support, product demonstrations and training to internal & external users.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology/Finance/Business/Science or related field of study is essential
- Must have excellent knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards, in particular payment (e.g. pacs.009, pacs.002, etc.) and cash management (e.g. camt.052, camt.053, etc.) messages
- Must have excellent knowledge of SWIFT MT messaging standards, in particular payment (e.g. MT 202, MT 012 / 019, etc.) and cash management (e.g. MT 900, MT 910, MT 920, MT 941/2, MT 950, etc.) messages
- Must have good knowledge of Fedwire FAIM messaging standards, specifically fund transfer (e.g. FTR811, etc.) and statement (e.g. FTR041, FTR043, etc.) messages.
- Must have excellent knowledge and experience of creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), specifically mapping document that describe how messages from one format can be translated to messages into another format (e.g. ISO 20022 to/from MT, ISO 2022 to/from an internal system format, etc.).
- Must have experience of working with RTGS system packages, such as Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA) and PayPlusUSA.
- Must have a strong knowledge of banking, front to back trade life cycle, settlement systems and practices
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge and experience of using business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis is essential
- Prior experience in FX trading/matching/confirmation systems preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics and visualization tools, APIs will be beneficial
- Must be a strong team player who can share knowledge and help others succeed
- Must have a positive can do attitude
- Must be passionate about the quality of your work, strive to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
- Good client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with business & technical stakeholders is essential
