Nail Care Technician (Weekends)

Position Summary The Nail Technician is responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to guests, ensuring a relaxing, safe, and luxurious experience. This role performs manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related treatments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements based on guest requests and treatment protocols. Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, consulting on service selections, recommending aftercare products, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and treatment area in accordance with state regulations and spa standards. Follow all sanitation and disinfecting procedures for tools, equipment, and work areas. Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and products in nail care and spa services. Upsell and recommend retail products to support guest self‑care routines. Assist with spa operations as needed, including laundry, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment rooms. Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style at all times. Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the spa and hotel. Qualifications Current state cosmetology or nail technician license required. Previous experience in a spa or salon environment preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional, friendly, and service‑oriented demeanor. Compensation $24.00 – $35.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
