Our team comprises skilled physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.Work EnvironmentThe role is full-time and on-site at our rehabilitation facility, with standard operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a cohesive team that values communication, innovation, and collaboration to elevate patient care. In this supportive environment, you'll have the resources necessary to implement advanced therapeutic techniques and protocols to encourage patient recovery and wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' goals, strength, mobility, and limitations.Manage an assigned patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and comprehensive care.Develop evidence-based treatment plans, integrating various modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to optimize recovery.Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that aim to enhance patients' range of motion and functional mobility.Foster patient motivation and compliance throughout their rehabilitation to achieve optimal functioning.Monitor and document patient progress meticulously while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care and ensure a seamless rehabilitation experience.Educate patients on injury prevention, fitness, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health and wellbeing.Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered.Patient Population / Client FocusOur practice mainly serves patients under private medical insurance plans, enabling us to focus on delivering individualized care without the constraints of volume-based treatment. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on restoring function and enhancing the overall quality of life for all our clients.QualificationsDoctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.Strong professional record with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions.Expertise in manual therapy techniques and developing tailored exercise protocols.Proficient in using EMR systems, ideally WebPT, for documenting patient progress and treatment plans.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.Proven track record of implementing successful rehabilitation strategies and achieving positive patient outcomes.Strong communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with patients and team members alike.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
