Senior Java Lead Developer

Job Location: Minneapolis, MN. Experience: 10+ years only
Lead experience is a must.
Job Description:
Key Skills: Java 8, React, Spring boot, Banking experience.
Lead Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
2. Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring, Spring MVC, React, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, and Maven.
3. Actively participate with technical delivery teams and contribute to code reviews, architecture reviews, and design discussions.
4. Self-starter, able to work independently and as a member of an agile team.
Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
10+ years of Java development experience
At least 3 years of React and UI frontend technologies.
Prior experience leading and mentoring other developers and/or management.
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts
Understanding of common database design patterns.
