Job Description

Our Oklahoma team is looking for a seasoned sales professional with 10+ years sales experience.

Oursalariedaccountmanagersareresponsibleforsellingbenefits,retirement,andothersupplementalinsuranceproductsandservicesinadefinedsalesterritoryservinganexistingcustomerbaseofK-12publicschools.Youwillbuildstrong,long-termrelationshipsanddevelopspecific,needs basedrecommendationsfortheiremployees,highlightingthebenefitsofAmericanFidelity'sinsuranceportfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

Focusongrowingandmaintainingexistingbusiness-to-businessaccountsbydirectlysellinginsuranceproductsandservicestopublicschooldistricts.Consultwithcurrentcustomerstoprovidevalueandmeetfinancialneeds.Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandassociationexecutives.Developcustomizedneeds-basedemployeebenefitspackagesthroughannualbenefitenrollments,grouppresentations,andnewaccountdevelopmentopportunities.

DefinedTerritory-EachAccountRepresentativeisassignedaterritorytomanageanddevelopnewaccounts. OvernightTravelisRequired.Mustresideinthespecificterritory.

ExtendedTrainingProgram-AccountRepresentativesparticipateinastructured,comprehensivetrainingprogramthatincludeson-the-jobtrainingwithintheirterritory,product&salesschools,andonlinetraining.
