Your Responsibilities

• Help run smooth daily operations alongside the Store Manager
• Train, coach, and inspire our stylists
• Deliver excellent client service and boost retail sales
• Support recruitment and team development efforts
• Maintain exceptional store standards and cleanliness
• Contribute to growing our local client community in Fenton

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
