The ideal candidate will be an experienced culinarian with a passion for great food and guest experience. You will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service. The Restaurant Chef assists in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation. Key Responsibilities Lead all planning, ordering, inventory management, food preparation, menu development, and service functions, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Levy's sanitation and safety Core Signatures. Proactively coach and motivate team members to deliver their best Identify opportunities and driving improvement in our Rose Quarter operations Set the standard for culinary excellence Possess a passion for sustainability Preferred Qualifications Must have a working knowledge of HACCP Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends Experience with fine dining cooking Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable ServSafe certified is a plus Levy is a member of Compass Group USA Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
