Assistant Dining Room Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front-of-house team in our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community.
