We’re looking for strong, experienced leaders to help our team maintain high standards and deliver impeccable service every day. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day‑to‑day flow of the dining room — from greeting guests and managing service to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly. Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Whether it’s a birthday dinner or a casual lunch, you’ll make sure every guest feels seen, cared for, and excited to return. Develop & Inspire the Team: Coach, mentor, and support a dedicated front‑of‑house staff. You’ll build a strong team culture rooted in respect, pride, and a shared love for hospitality. Work Hand‑in‑Hand with the Kitchen & Bar: Great service is a team effort — and you’ll be the glue that keeps communication strong and service seamless. Maintain the Atmosphere: Help keep the space clean, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards — down to every last detail. Support the General Manager: Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and daily operations — making sure everything runs like a well‑oiled machine. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Leader: You’ve got at least 3 years of restaurant management experience under your belt — preferably in a full‑service or high‑volume environment. Team‑Oriented & Positive: You’re a natural leader who motivates by example, uplifts your team, and brings good energy to every shift. Hospitality‑Driven: You genuinely care about people. Creating memorable experiences and making guests feel at home is what drives you. Strong Communicator: You know how to listen, speak clearly, and stay solution‑focused — even in the busiest moments. Organized & Calm Under Pressure: You’re great at managing a lot at once while keeping service smooth and the vibe positive. Reliable & Flexible: A full‑time, salaried position is approx. 50 hours/week. Hourly management positions are 40 hours per week. Availability is needed for nights, weekends, and holidays.
