We are seeking a dedicated Administrator of Clinic Operations to oversee the daily functions of an outpatient clinic in the Southeastern United States region. This role involves managing front desk reception, scheduling, nursing activities, and overall supervisory duties to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.

Responsibilities: Coordinate office management and personnel activities, collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, administration, and billing departments to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

Education & Experience: Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to type at least 45 words per minute are required. Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting professional journals, insurance policies, and technical procedures.

Requirements: Excellent organizational and communication skills, manual dexterity to operate office equipment, and the ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios in practical situations. Must be able to interpret instructions in various formats and work unsupervised while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
