What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient non-invasive cardiology care, including management of chest pain, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and valve disease
• Perform and interpret ECHOs and EKGs
• Support the inpatient service model alongside a team of APPs, intensivists, RNs, and technicians
• Round on adult patients, managing an inpatient volume that fluctuates from 7-22 patients daily
• Assist in supervising APPs and oversee patient care within a collaborative team setting
• Participate in on-call coverage, including one weeknight NOC call and one weekend NOC call per weekly block

What You Need

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Cardiology, General Cardiology specialization preferred
• Wisconsin medical license or eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• DEA license required
• At least 2 years of experience in inpatient cardiology, including ECHO and EKG interpretation
• Ability to supervise APPs and work effectively within a team
