IT Support Specialist

About the Role Double E Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. You will provide day-to-day technical support for employees while assisting with key IT infrastructure, security, and modernization initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys helping users, improving processes, and contributing to projects that strengthen the company's technology environment. This is a full‑time onsite position located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals. Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Assist users with account access, password resets, and MFA enrollment. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate hardware, software, and IT asset inventories. Assist with implementation and management of RMM, antivirus, and EDR solutions. Support various migration and updates to our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on strengthening our security protocols. Document systems, procedures, and support processes. Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and third‑party support organizations. Assist with ongoing IT projects and technology deployments. Occasional travel to company locations may be required. About You 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments. Previous migration and servers upgrade experience required. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services. Basic understanding of networking concepts, computer hardware, and mobile devices. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed. Bonus Points Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management platforms, RMM tools, antivirus and EDR solutions.
