Office ManagerWe're looking for a sharp, dependable Office Manager to keep our fast-paced office running smoothly. If you thrive on juggling priorities, take pride in accuracy, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people — both coworkers and clients — we'd love to meet you.Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends). Full-Time this is not a remote position.What You'll Do:Oversee day-to-day office operations and general office manager duties.Process payroll accurately and on time.Administer employee benefits programs.Manage bookkeeping and financial tasks in QuickBooks.Deliver outstanding customer service to internal team members and external clients.Maintain organized records, files, and office systems.Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:Previous experience with payroll, benefits administration, and QuickBooks (required).Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Outstanding customer service skills with both internal and external clients.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Paid time off.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance.401(k) with company match.A collaborative, fast-moving work environment.If you're an organized, detail-oriented professional who loves keeping things running like clockwork, we want to hear from you.
