Office Coordinator - $23-24/hr. DOE
Location: Port Arthur, TX
Schedule: M-F 7:30am to 4:30pm
Position Type: Contract to full-time hire

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in Port Arthur, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, delivering excellent customer service, performing data entry, and preparing emails, reports, and various forms of correspondence. We are looking for a punctual, professional, and dependable individual with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and validate employee timesheets for payroll processing and labor tracking
• Open and close work orders and job numbers in the ERP system to ensure accurate production tracking
• Generate and distribute work packages for production teams
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of manufacturing documentation
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of production activities and deadlines
• Collaborate with shop floor supervisors and planners to ensure accurate job data and timely updates
• Monitor and update job status in the system, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed
• Proofreading
• Support purchasing and inventory control
• Coordinate communication between office staff and floor personnel to maintain operational alignment
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and other administrative documents as requested
• Regular use of Microsoft 365

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to pass all required screenings
